  - **Cancellations Due to Studio Error:** If a booking is canceled by Studio 333 due to an error on our part, a full refund or credit towards future services will be provided.

  
  

  **4. Transfer Policy**

  If you are unable to use the services you have booked, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior notification and approval from Studio 333. Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service or event.
